Vision
Who we are
The idea of Fullblank Designs started while we were in a state of flux, having moved to a stage in life where we were trying to reinvent ourselves after long (and successful, no doubt) corporate careers, with things like starting new businesses and new brands.
The rigmarole led us to try and create, even if we were to fail doing that, product ideas that we found truly awesome and inspiring – stuff that we were passionate about, products that went well with our way of life, and which were different from what everyone else was doing out there, et cetera.
We were clear in (at least) one thing – we did not want to be counted amongst the plethora of fashion brands that flood our lives every day with this thing and that, we had to have something that was different.
We’ve tried to combine our ethos, our understanding of a perceptible need of great quality products at prices that wouldn’t burn pockets, our idea of minimalism, our commitment towards nature and sustainability – we combined all this to bring you our range of products, something we are proud of, and something that we feel you’d really appreciate having.

People
The Founders
Rahul Pawar
Director
An alumnus of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai (’00), Rahul started his career in marketing with Wockhardt, then worked with ICICI, before finding his true calling as an advertiser par excellence with McKann Healthcare, a stint that took him to China where he stayed for 18 years. He quit as their Head of Strategy (Asia-Pacific) in the year ’21 to float ThinkMake, a nursery that helped shape new ideas and bring them to fruition.
Rahul moved to India in ’23, spent a year and a half trekking the mountains of India, before settling down in Jaipur to start working on various brands under the Fullblank umbrella.
Manoj Dubey
Director
Manoj completed his PG in Apparel Marketing from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi in ’00 and worked with some of the best names in the Indian apparel industry, including ITC, Color Plus, Pantaloons and Big Bazar. His last assignment was with Lifestyle International in the mid-East before he moved back and established a small BPO business offering listing services to clients like TataCliq, FirstCry and other online players in India. In time, Fullblank Designs took shape, leading to the ideation and execution of several brands and product lines in the Indian fashion space.
Oniza Zohour
Director
Onaiza was among the initial alumni of the National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi and completed her PG in Apparel Marketing in ’97 when organized fashion in India was still in a nascent stage. Gaining rich experience working with renowned national and international brands like Lacoste, Shoppers’ Stop, W and Lifestyle over the next 16 years, she decided to go back to her studies and graduated from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad in ’14. Thereafter, she travelled across the globe on various assignments before coming back to India in ’23 to work on her own brand(s) with Fullblank.
Anurag Pandey
Director
Anurag is the youngest of the founding team and an entrepreneur at heart. Having started his corporate career with ICICI in ’17, he quit after a couple of years and started on his own, setting up a women’s ethnic wear manufacturing facility in Jaipur. This was followed by two new businesses, a lean stock trading set-up and another dealing in the growing real estate space in Jaipur. Resourceful and much ahead of his young age, Anurag brings in a plethora of sourcing and manufacturing knowledge to the Fullblank set-up.
